You can read more at the link below but the most important things are: 1) All passnegers must be searched at the gate before boarding the plane concentrating on torso and upper legs. 2) Passengers can not use the lavatory on the last 60 minutes before landing in the U.S. 3) The last 60 minutes of the flight you can not have any blankets, pillows, etc on your lap.
